March Book Haul

In February, I did two book haul posts for the comics I bought at Komiket and other books I purchased. For March, these are the new books that I bought and received:

Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi

Review copies of Ang Mundo ni Andong Agimat, After Eden by Arnold Arre, Private Iris by Jamie Bautista and Arnold Arre

Out of all of these, I’ve read and reviewed Children of Blood and Bone, which I’ll include in my round up of bookstagram reviews at the end of the month. I’m currently in the middle of Jade City and I’m enjoying it so far.

I went to an art/zine/book fair last Saturday called Gandang Ganda sa Sariling Gawa but I’ll do a separate post for that since this one already has so many titles! And I also received a few gifts because of the birthday wish list I made last week so I’ll work on another post for that. What about you, what books have you acquired recently?

  1. What a great collection of books! I’ll look forward to hearing your impressions.

I won a couple of books recently including the forthcoming book by Mia Sheridan. I’ve also picked up a host of free Kindle books; time will tell if there is some good stuff there.

    • I’ll work on a round up of my bookstagram reviews which will include at least one of these titles.

Ah yes, I have a lot of Kindle freebies too but no idea how good they will be.

  2. Yay, I hope you continue to enjoy Jade City! I liked it a ton and was really excited that I’m a Hugo nominator this year and could nominate Jade City for Best Novel. It’s such a standout. Can’t wait for the sequel.

Comments are like chocolate. :) Maraming salamat / thank you!
